5 We build on the Estée Lauder Company's achievement of zero waste to landfill for direct manufacturing, distribution and innovation sites globally by the end of the calendar year. 2020.
6 We rely on Estée Lauder's 1 MW on-site solar system in Petersfield, UK, which in FY 2020 produced 830 MWh of solar power, reducing carbon emissions. CO2 of 490 tons per year. It provides 10-12% of the manufacturing site's annual electricity needs, peaking at around 95% during sunny days in the summer months.
